Job Description
INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Attend and resolve daily complaints related to software and hardware for ATMs.
- Install new ATMs and ensure their proper functionality.
- Submit all necessary documents and engineering reports to relevant authorities.
- Identify problems and implement rectifications to minimize recurring complaints on assigned ATMs.
- Conduct on-site refurbishments as needed.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance on ATMs.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and have 0-2 years of experience in the electronics field.
