Job Description
LAKHANI GLASS (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager with daily operations. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to boost sales and adeptly manage customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Guide the sales team and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and build vendor relationships.
- Identify strategies to increase sales.
- Assume Sales Manager duties in their absence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3 years of sales experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
