Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Recovery Team Lead to join our team at U-Microfinance Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recovery plans for overdue accounts and analyzing delinquent accounts to enhance our recovery strategies.
Your leadership skills will be crucial as you handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements with clients. A commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical standards while interacting with customers is essential.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in collections or recovery, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
