Job Description
Tech Revolution is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Your primary duties will include updating company databases with new employee contact information, screening resumes to identify suitable candidates, organizing interviews, posting job advertisements, and coordinating new hire orientations. Moreover, you will respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and employee benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Requirements
