Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution as an Inbound Customer Service Provider! We serve clients in the US, Canada, and Europe, operating 24/7. We seek serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, ideally from US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties include:
- Answering customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Managing service inquiries and complaints
- Participating in training and team meetings
- Collaborating with team members
- Adapting to flexible shift timings
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 monthly + bonuses, with growth opportunities and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
