Job Description
Shark Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to enhance our e-commerce operations. In this full-time position, you will manage and optimize our Amazon store, focusing on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Product listing management, order processing, market research, customer service, advertising support, and reporting.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience, SEO proficiency, strong communication, data analysis skills, and familiarity with Helium 10.
