Job Description
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Compensation: Market-competitive salary plus attractive bonuses
Thrive360 is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative specializing in cold calling. This is a great opportunity for individuals with up to 1 year of experience eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Build rapport and handle customer queries.
- Effectively close sales and maintain records in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of customer service or telemarketing experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
