Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We welcome both experienced and fresh candidates for our exciting campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients; fluent English is mandatory.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Manage outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and upsell when possible.
Location: Rawalpindi, Full-time in-house position. Shifts available: Afternoon (4 PM – 2 AM) or Night (8 PM – 6 AM), 6 days a week.
