Job Description
AZshopping.pk is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional service and support to our clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with product information.
Duties include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; processing orders and returns; maintaining customer accounts; and resolving complaints professionally.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Urdu are required. Familiarity with office procedures is preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month.
