Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in the Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Testing and related technologies, with a background in the Healthcare domain.
- A minimum of 3 years in the Scrum Master role for a software development team.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with tools such as TOSCA, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, stakeholder management, project planning, and impact analysis.
- Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring.
Qualifications include a B.E/B Tech degree.
