Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd is looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Center Representative to enhance our customer experience. In this role, you will manage Webchat/WhatsApp Support, address customers’ inquiries and complaints on social media platforms, and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include upselling, recording complaints in our CRM system, and managing retention strategies. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in telecommunications), and a minimum of two years in Customer Service/Support.
