Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at Analytica-data. This internship provides practical experience in HR functions, particularly technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of technical recruitment.
Responsibilities: Post jobs, source candidates, review applications, coordinate interviews, assist in onboarding, maintain candidate experience, provide recruitment reports, and conduct market research.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3-6 months in technical recruitment, LinkedIn familiarity, excellent communication, problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Internship | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month | Location: In-person
