Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development, is seeking a Specialist Professional Services – North to join our team in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments at customer locations.
- Install, configure, and test ICT solutions according to design documents.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during and after deployment, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Document installations and troubleshooting steps thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members for successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Qualifications: BE Engineering/Computer Science with 3-5 years of telecom experience.
