Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations department at ibex. In this role, you will assist customers in resolving technical problems and guide them through the claims filing process via phone. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with claim filing and management.
- Provide accurate technical solutions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: A Levels or equivalent, excellent English skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to commute to Lahore.
