Job Description
Hello Candidates,
Lelani Telecome is seeking candidates with excellent communication skills and proficiency in cold calling.
Key Campaigns:
- Appointment Fixing
- Lead Generation
- Real Estate
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and satisfactory answers.
- De-escalate issues with dissatisfied customers.
- Inform clients about new products and services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and usage.
Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM (Weekends off)
Pay: Rs 80,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore (Required)
