Job Description
Join PKG International Shipping & Logistics Limited as a Customer Service Representative! We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage freight deliveries and effectively communicate with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule drivers for deliveries.
- Communicate freight details with customers.
- Prepare documents and invoices.
- Maintain records of calls and delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle inbound calls between drivers and brokers.
- Log customer shipping schedules.
Requirements: Neutral English Accent, Excellent Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge.
Timing: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
