Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Yes Cart. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm and verify order details, ensuring accuracy in customer information, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and chats effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
