Position Summary: As the Area Sales Manager, you will be the key contact for all Sales Operations in your territory, responsible for achieving objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets and KPIs.
- Develop field sales plans.
- Manage distributors and customer operations.
- Implement Channel Category plans.
- Coach sales teams for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sales/Marketing.
- 2-3 years in field sales.
