Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated IT Support L1 Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems as necessary, and documenting support activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT Support experience and good communication skills in English. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00.
