Job Description
We are seeking an HR Assistant to manage various HR administrative tasks, including daily operations, CV reviews, and interview scheduling with the HR Manager. The role involves supporting the HR Manager with clerical duties, maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and responding to employee inquiries about HR policies.
Requirements: proven HR experience, fast typing skills, basic labor law knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Job hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00/month plus benefits.
