Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is hiring a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative for ChinesePod, a leading web-based Chinese language-learning platform offering video/audio lessons.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of active Chinese learning experience (HSK 1/2 proficiency or higher) and be fluent in English to effectively handle client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Manage service development projects for ChinesePod.
- Test mobile apps and website for quality assurance.
