Job Description
Join Multi MZ Collections as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, oversee inventory management, and supervise the store team. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential as you will motivate staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 3+ years of retail experience (2+ years in a supervisory role), and proficiency in POS systems. A passion for fashion is a plus.
