Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Fresh Call Center Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from customers via calls, emails, and chat messages, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, providing effective solutions, documenting interactions in our CRM system, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings. You must adhere to company policies while maintaining professionalism in every interaction, as you work towards achieving key performance metrics.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
