Suave Solutions is seeking a well-spoken Customer Service Representative for a reputable US-based client. This role focuses solely on customer needs and queries, requiring excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Generate sales leads and identify customer needs.
- Build trust with clients through effective communication.
- Meet sales targets and handle complaints efficiently.
Requirements:

This is a full-time role with a 3rd shift (EST) and compensation starting at Rs70,00.00 per month.
