Job Description
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
The Fine Liners Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Call Center Agent. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and occasional calls in English. Responsibilities include providing product information, resolving concerns, and maintaining records while meeting performance targets.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, prior customer service experience preferred, and willingness to work night shifts.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, plus commission.
