Job Description
Ziyan Textiles, a leading name in the hand-knotted carpet industry, is looking for a skilled and proactive Textile Operations Manager. This full-time position involves overseeing the production process, managing vendor relations, and resolving labor challenges to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining production quality, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with international export standards. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in the flooring or carpet industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of production processes.
Pay ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, with work performed in person.
