Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Xcentric Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient onboarding process and developing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will oversee performance appraisal systems, manage employee privacy, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a software house, and excellent interpersonal skills. Female candidates are preferred.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months).
