Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Avatar Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support. You will also gather customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop running Windows 10
- High-quality headset
- Stable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Half-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: Rs 17,500.00 – Rs 120,00.00/month
