Job Description
Silver Star Group is looking for an HR Associate to assist and support the HRBP in various functions as outlined in our HR Policy Manuals. This role includes acting as the internal advisor on HR matters to the concerned Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of Organogram & Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Job analysis and evaluation
- Performance management system
- Training and development
- HR Operations
Qualifications:
BBA or MBA with a specialization in HR is required. Candidates from Daska, Sialkot, Gujranwala, or nearby areas are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
