Job Description

A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and resolving complaints effectively.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Fluent in English (Communication skills)
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based campaigns

Salary: Rs 45,00, plus incentives up to Rs 15,00. Benefits include free medical insurance and a rotational shift schedule. After probation, remote work is available.
