Job Description
About the Role:
Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for our domestic clients. You will provide exceptional service through phone communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly via phone during office hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Building rapport with customers and maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Urdu (written and spoken) and exceptional English writing skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and excellent phone etiquette.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior call center experience is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 22,00 per month plus performance-based commission.
