Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, solve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10 or later
- High-quality headset
- Stable internet connection (min. 15 Mbps)
Shift Details: Full-time shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
