Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting feedback to enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10 version
- Quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Salary: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Shift: Full-time from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM
