Job Description
Grand City Developing is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team. Key responsibilities include managing and coaching a high-performing customer service team, driving sales initiatives, resolving complex customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team, overseeing department operations, tracking performance metrics, and aligning customer service strategies with sales objectives.
Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in customer service and sales, ideally in real estate, proven leadership abilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
