Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for Talent Development Company to oversee the smooth operation of Enablers College of Technology. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate student enrollments, and address student affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily college operations.
- Manage student enrollments and implement admission strategies.
- Handle student affairs including discipline and academic support.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure educational program delivery.
- Address issues raised by students or staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of managerial experience in an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
