Job Description
Summary of the position:
StormFiber is seeking a dedicated Revenue Assurance Executive to provide organizational assistance across various stages of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer issues related to billing and services.
- Build long-term customer relationships through feedback.
- Ensure timely monthly payments.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer status records.
Requirements: Minimum B. Com/BBA in Finance; 2-3 years in accounts receivable; strong communication skills; ERP-Oracle/Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
