Job Description
We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional support. Your role will also involve gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- Good Quality Headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
