Job Description
Grand City is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include updating customer information, following guidelines, and meeting performance metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or high school degree in commerce, language, or sales, with proven customer service experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, with in-person work required.
