Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal disputes, and advising on corporate matters.
The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have excellent communication abilities. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and relevant experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
