Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows 10 version
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs12,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
