Job Description
Join Payactiv SDS-IT Islamabad as an Activation Specialist! You will be responsible for coordinating client appointments and guiding them through the activation process. Your role includes managing multiple issues and escalating unresolved ones to the appropriate teams while maintaining accurate records on our CRM.
Requirements include 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency with MAC, Windows, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. If you have a passion for IT and a strong desire to learn, we want you!
This is a full-time position, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to Islamabad.
