Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you’ll forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- Quality Headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timings:
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 15,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
