Job Description
Graphic View is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our inbound contact center. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in solving customer issues and enhancing their experience with our products and services.
This full-time position involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, managing complaints, and maintaining detailed records. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, and you will work closely with the customer service manager.
The night shift is from 7 PM to 4 AM, requiring English proficiency. Experience in customer support or the packaging industry is a plus.
