Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer, you will develop recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and screen resumes.
You will facilitate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Lahore (Preferred)
