Job Description
Campus 92 is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent for the Night Shift. Candidates should have relevant experience in call centers or as Client Service Representatives. The role requires strong phone handling abilities, excellent listening skills, and effective interaction with clients via Skype.
Job Details:
- Generate sales through calls and chat.
- Implement strategies to meet goals.
- Engage customers through interactive communication.
Requirements:
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
- Friendly working environment.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum education: Matriculation/Intermediate.
Office Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM (Mon-Fri).
Location: 4th Floor, Bank Alfalah Building, near Ohjri Camp, Faizabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Pay: Rs 20,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month.
