Job Description
We are searching for a skilled Senior Recruiter with 10-12+ years of experience in global talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will excel in managing full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with teams, and executing strategic hiring across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities: You will lead hiring initiatives, manage the recruitment process, utilize innovative sourcing techniques, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements: Must have extensive experience in recruitment, understanding of international labor laws, and excellent negotiation skills. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
