Job Description
Suhail Industrial Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Furnace Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring and regulating the flow of molten metal into molds to produce high-quality castings. Key responsibilities include:
- Pouring molten metal using ladles or controlling mechanisms.
- Moving finished metal to the pouring area.
- Adjusting metal levels in molds for shrinkage compensation.
- Collecting samples for analysis and ensuring mold cleanliness.
- Monitoring temperature gauges to maintain specifications.
- Performing ladle lining and preheating procedures.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Rs70,00.00 per month.
