Job Description
The Suhail Industrial Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Geotextile Lab Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing procedures and training all lab personnel, as well as monitoring, recording, and reporting on all product quality testing. You will ensure compliance with testing procedures and maintain certification and maintenance of lab equipment.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of lab procedures, ensuring adherence to these procedures, and effectively managing diverse personalities within the team through proper training.
