Job Description
Jalal Sons is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will lead customer onboarding, monitor engagement trends, and develop success stories through interviews and case studies.
Responsibilities include crafting customer engagement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position offering a salary starting at Rs60,00.00 per month.
Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
