Job Description
ewdtech is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support, address inquiries and issues, and maintain professional communication across various channels. You will troubleshoot product/service-related concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, prior customer service or retail experience, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
